Our Pastor

Pastor Nathan Grosse and his wife, Hanakapi'ai were married on Kaua’i, August 9th, 2003.  God began to call Nathan to the island on their honeymoon.  Nathan and Hanakapi’ai graduated from Golden State Baptist College in 2005.  In September of the same year, God brought them back to Kaua’i to start Lanakila Baptist Church. For two and a half years the church struggled to find a permanent place to meet and during that time KBT was without a pastor.  On June 1st, 2008, God provided for both needs and lead Pastor Grosse to accept the pastorate of Kauai Baptist Temple.  The Grosses have one child, Pi’ilani Coral, who was born on February 4th, 2006, and another one on the way, due in December 2009.
